Japanese is not built on a few hours a week. At JIRAIYA, students go through an intensive, structured and consistent process — every day, for three full months.

How the Programme Runs

Who teaches, and how the material is built.

An intensive programme only works if it is run properly. These are the three things JIRAIYA holds to from day one.

Teachers

Our Sensei undergo training and method alignment before classes begin, so teaching follows the same standard in every class. Because the programme runs full-time, a Sensei is present throughout the teaching day — not only during their own session.

Curriculum

Material is built in stages with targets set for each month, rather than following a textbook page by page without a map. It is designed with reference to the JF Standard for Japanese-Language Education, the Japanese-language teaching framework published by the Japan Foundation.

Assessment

Progress is measured at regular intervals against the same criteria for everyone, and recorded. Participants who fall behind on a section can be given extra support before the next unit begins.

In the third month, participants are introduced to several sectors that commonly open opportunities for Indonesian workers, so they have a picture before choosing a direction.

How long is the N4 Intensive Programme?

Three months, running every working day.

How many hours of study per day?

Around 8 hours a day, or 40 hours a week. That time is already divided between core lessons, communication practice, independent exercises, culture and evaluation.

Do I need to know Japanese already?

No. The programme is designed for complete beginners, including those who have never seen hiragana or katakana.

What level does the programme target?

The programme targets N5 towards N4 competence. The final outcome still depends on each participant's consistency, so JIRAIYA does not promise that any particular level will be reached.

Is JLPT and JFT-Basic preparation included?

Yes. Neither is a separate product; both are examination pathways prepared for within the programme, with practice questions and mock tests.

What is included in the Rp10,000,000 fee?

The full breakdown is shown openly in the fee section above, from initial registration, medical check-up and administration through three months of training to certification support and job matching. Facilities include learning materials, two uniforms and lunch throughout the programme.

Can the fee be paid in instalments?

Yes. Full payment and instalments are both available. Under the opening promotion, cashback applies to full payment and two-instalment payment. Payment methods and options are explained during consultation.

Are there any costs beyond Rp10,000,000?

There are no charges beyond the breakdown shown. Official examination fees and dates follow the examination bodies, and this is explained during the registration consultation.

Does JIRAIYA guarantee a job in Japan?

No. In the third month JIRAIYA provides job matching support, helping to match participants with available opportunities. The final decision always rests with the employer.

How does assessment work?

Assessments run at regular intervals throughout the programme, closing with mock tests before participants are directed to the official examination.

How many participants are in one class?

The main classroom holds up to 25 participants. A second room is available for assessment, examinations and additional one-to-one support when needed.

When does the programme start and how do I register?

Fill in the registration form on this site and our team will contact you on WhatsApp for a consultation. The Rp200,000 initial registration fee is paid after that consultation. Intake dates and places are confirmed at that stage.
